At Oak & Ember Lifestyle Support Services, we believe compassionate care should also be simple and transparent. Our pricing is designed to give families flexibility while ensuring loved ones receive the support they need, when they need it.

💲 Standard Hourly Rate

$28 per hour (2-hour minimum per visit)
Flexible scheduling: daily, weekly, or as-needed
No hidden fees — pay only for the hours you schedule

📦 Care Packages (Save More with Regular Visits)

Silver Package – 10 hours per week → $260/week
Gold Package – 20 hours per week → $500/week
Platinum Package – 40 hours per week → $950/week

(Packages are billed weekly or monthly. Additional hours may be added at the standard hourly rate.)

🛠 Specialized Support Add-Ons

Transportation Assistance → $10 per trip (in addition to hourly rate)
Errand-Only Services → $25 flat rate (up to 1 hour, local area)
Wellness Check-Ins (15 min phone or drop-in) → $15 each

🧾 Payment & Billing

Accepted methods: Credit/Debit, Check, ACH Transfer
Invoices available weekly or monthly
Some services may qualify for long-term care insurance reimbursement or state-funded programs — ask us how!
