This page outlines our policies, terms, and disclaimers to ensure clarity for our clients and their families.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udd10 Privacy Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Client information (including contact, health, and household details) is used only for the purpose of providing services and is never sold or shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All records are stored securely, and access is limited to authorized Oak &amp; Ember staff.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u2696\ufe0f Terms of Service<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Services provided by Oak &amp; Ember are <strong>non-medical lifestyle support only<\/strong>. We do not provide nursing, medical care, or therapy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Scheduling is based on client needs and caregiver availability. We strive to maintain consistency but cannot guarantee specific caregivers for every shift.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Families are responsible for providing accurate, updated information regarding health, safety, and household needs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udcb3 Payment Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hourly Rate: $____ per hour (2-hour minimum per visit).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Packages: Silver, Gold, and Platinum options available for weekly or monthly billing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payment is due as agreed upon in the Service Agreement (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accepted methods: Credit\/Debit, Check, ACH Transfer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Late payments are subject to a $25 fee after 7 days past due.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u274c Cancellation Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We require <strong>24 hours\u2019 notice<\/strong> for cancellations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Less than 24 hours\u2019 notice may result in a cancellation fee equal to 2 hours of scheduled service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Repeated cancellations may affect ongoing service availability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udea8 Emergency Procedures<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In case of a medical emergency, our staff will immediately call <strong>911<\/strong> and then contact the client\u2019s designated emergency contact.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Staff are trained to respond quickly but do not administer medical treatment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udee1 Disclaimer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Oak &amp; Ember Lifestyle Support Services is a <strong>non-medical home support agency<\/strong>. Our caregivers provide assistance with daily activities, companionship, errands, and household tasks. We do not provide skilled nursing, medical care, or licensed healthcare services.
